1. Service Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book or request services through our platform.
By booking, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized caregiver of the pet(s) receiving services.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a full service charge.
Frequent cancellations may affect future bookings.
3. Pet Health, Safety & Behaviour
Pets must be in good general health and free from contagious diseases at the time of service.
All pets must be up to date with:
Vaccinations
Flea and tick treatments
Deworming
You must inform us in writing of:
Medical conditions or injuries
Allergies
Behavioural issues (e.g. aggression, separation anxiety)
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a pet poses a safety risk.
4. Emergency Care
In the event of illness or injury, we will:
Attempt to contact you immediately.
Seek veterinary care if you are unreachable.
You are responsible for all related veterinary expenses.
We are not liable for treatment outcomes provided reasonable care was taken.
5. Liability & Insurance
While every precaution is taken, you acknowledge that:
Animals are unpredictable.
Accidents, injuries, or escapes can occur.
Pawfect Match Pet Care is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death unless due to gross negligence.
You agree to hold us harmless for:
Damages caused by your pet
Loss of property during home visits unless directly due to our misconduct
We recommend all clients carry pet insurance.
6. Owner Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet.
Ensure your pet has access to clean water, food, and supplies if you're not present.
Allow safe, legal access to your home (for home visits/pet sitting).
Disclose any third-party access (cleaners, friends, etc.) to avoid confusion or conflict.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is due on or before the day of service.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile payment apps (details provided at booking).
Invoices are available upon request.
8. Photos, Media & Updates
With your consent, we may:
Send you photo updates of your pet.
Use selected images for marketing purposes (website/social media).
If you prefer your pet’s image not to be shared, please let us know in writing.
9. Website Usage
All content on our site (text, logos, images, design) is the property of Pawfect Match Pet Care and cannot be used without written permission.
You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute, or copy our content.
Use our site for any unlawful or commercial purposes without consent.
10. Privacy Policy
