1. Pet Health & Behaviour

We take every precaution to care for your pet responsibly and safely. However, Pawfect Match Pet Care is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death that may occur while your pet is under our supervision, provided reasonable care has been taken.

Owners must inform us of:

• Any health conditions or injuries

• Temperamental or aggressive behaviour

• Any known triggers or issues with other animals or people

Failure to disclose this information may result in refusal of service or immediate termination of care.

2. Emergencies

In case of illness or emergency, we will make every effort to contact you. If you are unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense. We are not liable for any treatment outcomes.

3. Property Access

If you book a home visit or pet sitting service, you agree to provide safe and legal access to your property. We are not responsible for any damage to your home, property, or belongings, unless it is due to proven negligence on our part.

4. Dog Walks & Outdoor Activities

While we strive to ensure all pets are walked in safe environments and securely leashed, Pawfect Match Pet Care is not liable for any incidents that may arise during walks (e.g. injuries from rough terrain, animal encounters, road incidents), as long as reasonable precautions are taken.

5. Personal Items

Please label all pet belongings. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, such as collars, leashes, toys, or bedding.
